I have a problem with Straight Talk customer service. I'm on an automatic payment plan, each month my payment is directly deducted. I got an email yesterday stating that my payment will be ducted in two days. This is a problem because it should not be coming out for another two weeks. I've been trying to call customer service for the past two days and keep getting the message "Due to unusually high call volume we cannot take you call right now, try again later".
