I filed claim service online with BPG website on 06/17/10 for service my water heater leak. Technician call me about 9:42am and said will be my house within 30 minutes. I said, I will back home about 1 hr. He said about 40-45mins. I quit my job and go home. I arrived home at 10:20am but I didnot see any technician. I waiting him about 20-25 mins to call him. He said on the way. I amwaiting him and call him one more time one hour later. He said: do you want to come back. NOw I know he already arrive my house.
