Gmac sold my mortgage too, to Nationstar in December 2008. Since then my life has been HELL!! I didnt even get notification that they had bought my loan until almost March 2009. I have been on the phone with someone for hours of my life that I will never get back. They did not have my correct address or name. I, like others, have struggled since the beginning with the issue of escrow insurance.
