I was charged $34.19 for a charge I did not authorize or request. I am not familiar with this company and did not want their services. All I have is a phone # for them. I called that and they cancelled future service but will not put the $34.19 back in my account unless I submit a "request for refund" and then it takes 72 hours to show in my account. read full review »
