We bought some very expensive tickets several months ago for an event, but a few days before the event, we found out we would be unable to go. We sent ALL the paperwork required including the tickets to this "MONDIAL" company where we purchased INSURANCE, and they denied the claim after they TOLD us what was required and we sent them everything that was needed, including a NOTORIZED letter, which THEY required! I am telling everyone I know, DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE. They are a SCAM and will NOT refund your money!!! read full review »
