I purchased a package for Laser hair removal. At the time, Angelica (In Austin Texas) told me that the reason it was expensive was that they totally guaranteed the treatment. According to her, they would continue to treat until all the hair was removed. I noticed that the fine print stated the period covered was only up to 18 months, when I questioned Angelica she said not to worry, that in the case we went over 18 months they would increase the settings but would absolutely honor the "guarantee" .
