{June 24, 2010} Queens Center Mall's H&M is ridiculous and very inappropriate with customer service. Very horrible horrible horrible customer service! While waiting in a very long line with only one cashier at the register, one black female spoke to the cashier who was also a black male. After they finished a short chat, she immediately picked up all her stuff (A LOT OF CLOTHES!) and skipped towards the front of the line.
