I bought a model 919.167312 upright Air compressor around jan 2005. In a couple of weeks the bearing and fan went out. The plastic fan disintegrated. Because there is no Sears repair shop in Dubuque Iowa I decided it would be less hassle and quicker to just purchase the parts and fix the compressor myself . I fixed the compressor and only use it to pump the tires on my cars and motorcycles so I have few total hours on the compressor. Today the fan disintegrated again.
