I had ordered products from Ciggarrest. I canceled, returned and recieved a refund from them. A week later I was charged $69 from another company Living Essentials, at the same address as Ciggarrest. The phone number on my banking statement was automated only. Since the information was obviously from ciggarrest I called them and asked for a number that I could talk to a person.
