Completed necessary forms. Paid $5 through PayPal. Sent in 4 months of gas receipts as per redemption instructions. Sent in July & Aug receipts. Called in Sept. for gift cards. Received 2 cards for July & Aug. But...Sept. & Oct. never received. Called in Nov., Dec., Jan. Got run around. Tried to call in Feb. but number is no longer in service. Need to contact BBB with complaint also. read full review »
