Paid for shipping of free product. Returned product during trial period in jan 2010. Card charged 79.99 for product before trial period ended. Received refund authorizationfor the unauthorized charge, but never received refund . Bank attempted collection 3 times to no avail. Numerous call and emails to the company...nothing but empty promises to refund the money. 6 months of frustration! read full review »
