This company is a complete scam. I ordered a background check from PA, and it came back clean when it was not. The "support" service repeatedly sent me an irrelevant service agreement that actually stated that my county should be covered. I've contacted my lawyer and we will be moving forward if this issue is not resolved. I believe that it is better to get this taken care of out of principle then to forfeit the 20 dollars.
