I have been trying to complete a short sale with Bank of America for a year and a half quite unsuccessfully. Bank of America has repetedly lost correspondence and information that my real estate agent and myself have submitted. Neither their short sale department, forclosure department or their collections department are in communication with eachother and have had to deal with all three departments.
