Ive bought a Samsung refrigerator which is apparently NOT COOLING and is at hault. I've registered SEVERAL COMPLAINTS at samsung, with the registration number8412095693 . BUT inspite of repeated reminders, samsung has FAILED to provide any service. We've been waiting for 72 hrs now, NO ENGINEER has showed up. As they promised, assistance would be provided in 24 hours, which they obviously FAILED to keep. I would kindly request to look into the matter, asap. read full review »
