I looked at my credit report and discovered an address that wasn't mine and an unpaid bill that had lowered my credit report. I called to get the name of the company that the account was with and the man on the phone wanted my social security number in order to give me the information about the debt. Then once he gave me the info, he hung up. When I called back a woman answered and she wanted my address (which I did not give).
