After purchasing a whirlpool refrigerator with an in door ice dispenser within a week it froze up and would not dispense ice. I removed the ice bucket, un jammed the ice floe and continued using it. Within another week the same thing occurred. Again I unjammed and continued using. Then it happened again and the dispenser actually fell into my glass. I called the local store where I purchased it and he set me up with his whirlpool tech to come look at it.
