I purchased a watch from Rolex2U in March of this year. It's a Rolex GMT Master. The watch band completely fell apart. The screws came out and the end plates got lost. I have bought 3 other watches from them with no problem with the other 2 so I felt confident to purchase this third one. The watch band is junk..it has fallen into 3 different pieces. I would like to return the watch for a replacement with a better band. Please advise how I can accomplish this or I feel if it can't be replaced then a refund should be made.
