This is really bad. So bad, I'm going to stop paying my bill and fight the collection attempt. I signed up for Direct TV about six months ago. Their technician would not do the "Professional" installation the way I wanted. He showed up late, of course, and was in too big a hurry to mount it where everyone else on my street had it mounted. Instead he put it in the grass where the lawnmower guys can bump it and mangle the cords.
