I have trusted Expedia to help me with my travels. I live in Florida, Booked a Hotel in New York.When I arrived after an exsusting trip, I went to check in. They were unable to let me check in Early, But did let me store my bags in the back Free of charge. My mother and I went to the city for the day and at 4:15 or so we come back to the hotel and asked to get my bags.
