We purchased custom sliding doors for our bedroom from Elegant Entires well over 1 1/2 years ago and one of the doors is warped and rubbing on the other. We could not paint the door since it will have to be re-painted due to the rubbing white is causing a black line horizontally on the door. Elegant Entries was contacted about the situation immediately and it took them almost 3 months to send someone to look at it. We were then told someone would repair? How do you repair a warped door?
