I booked a trip without checking them out first. The departure flight was never booked, although on emailed itinerary. Departure flight airline did not have my booking, but the return airline did. I cancelled my credit card immediately--good thing because three days later, I still had no departing flight! And one day later Cheapoair emailed me: "because of technical difficulties, we have to charge $100 extra." You cannot reach this people EVER.
