Don't waste your time or money going to an Ulta salon. I just had my second bad experience and will not be returning. Both of the stylists I saw were inexperienced and unskilled. I was unhappy with my haircut and when I tried to get someone to fix it I was given the run around "Well, you'd have to talk to my manager." whom I was mysteriously never able to get in touch with.
