For almost three months - since March 23, 2010 - I have been unsuccessfully requesting a refund for an Omniat prepaid service account that doesn't work. The account (supposed to have a call back service) cannot be used on Middle Eastern landlines. The very day that I opened the account I and Omniat determined that it wasn't going to work. That same day the "manager" apologized and promised me a refund; he never delivered.
