Time Warner Cable has the worst customer service in there office and by telephone. It is amazing how slow they are. I am sitting on the phone right now as I am writing this and have been holding for almost an hour. All I want to do is see why my phone is not working. In the office they have no respect for someone who maybe on there luncdh hour or someone on the way home from work just wanting to pay there bill. They get in NO hurry aboute anything. They have 10 or 12 registers and only have 2 or 3 people working. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Do something my god!!! read full review »
