I ordered the swedish comprehensive and, as mentioned by others here, i got some mp3 files and a seriously outdated pdf. i chatted with customer service today and was told that the old documents were not scanned OCR but as images - which is why the quality is so poor (and why i can't read them on my mobile device). she said they have no plans to re-type the information - i let them know that it would greatly improve their ratings... they're basically making money off of an old government system that the government probably... read full review »
