Item financed: Trane Heat Pump Date of purchase: 2-28-2007 I was told that this would be zero% interest loan. When I received the original paperwork which listed the financing amount to be 5.99% I called and was told that if I did not pay the loan off by the end date, then 5.99% interest would be applied to the balance estimated from the start date. I have made regular payments. Every month the statements show 100% applied to principle balance.
