I ordered a free sample on trial, I received it just about too late for the 14 day trial offer time. I called to cancel. I sent back the product. They say that they did not receive it and I need a tracking number to prove I sent it. I was not told that I had to have a tracking number when I canceled. They charged 79.95 to my charge card. I noticed from other complaints and there are many, that other were charged different amounts for this same scam. I am going to report to the BBB. Christine Waters read full review »
