I have a Sears side by side refrigerator. I have taken out a Sears home service warrantee on the refrigerator for the last several years. For the last three years I have had problems with the ice delivery system. I have had Sears Technicians out to repair the ice making system FIVE times. Each time I have to make an appointment and spend my entire day waiting for the Sears Technician to arrive.
