It is tough out there! Really, when it comes to buying a property, you need a good Realtor to help you. Definitely not this one! He will piss you off for sure. Even though it is the Buyer's market right now, please, still be very careful when buying a property. Especially for a condo. It is true, some Realtors only wants to make money and not care for you. Stay away from those Realtors. I had been in contact with this one and he is extremely difficulty to deal with.
