They claim their BBB rating is great, but that's a scam to! I think they have somehow created a false website to show their rating because when I tried to file a complaint on the site, it wouldn't allow me. If ICM Group (ICM Marketing Group) calls you HANG UP the phone. Trust me I lost my money dealing with these people. It was my mistake for believing their lies when they called me about selling my timeshare, and I hate to see anyone else get scammed like I did.
