After my contract was over; I received a letter stating that they need to charge me more or they going to take "calling" feature from my plan because I don't have a landline phone but a payphone at the business. Every time my alarm is arm or disarm I would receive a call from my business through the pay phone and protection one one said it costs them money (i doubt it).
