fidelity flat fee is a flat fee mls listing service that advertises that they will list your home on the mls and also lists many other web sites on their web page that they would like you to believe that they will list your home on. I signed up for this service, paying a large sum of money believeing that they were going to put my home on those sites, like zillow and frontdoor.com as well as others that they list on their web page.
