I hope AT@T lose every wireless customer they have. I have never met so many incompetent customer services reps. The only reason why I decided to sign up for their wireless service is because of the iPhone 4. I pre ordered my iPhone on june 15 got an conformation email stating that I would have it delivered on June 24. I didn't receive it at all.
