needed a copy of my birth certificate in order to get through jts and associates i had to go through paypal who took my credit card number and sent jts and associates 19.99 for a birth certificate when i got to the web site jts & associates they wanted additional money that i didnt have. I didnt ordered the birth certificate. Jts & associates didnt send the money back to paypal to be put back on my credit card. read full review »
