Sells Network Attached Storage (NAS) equipment via website. Ordered pre-configured unit, then nothing. Called the 800 number and was told it "was on the bench" being checked out. It must have been a long evaluation, because three weeks later it had not shipped. Called again to cancel the order, and was told I couldn't do that... and the person (Jason) said he could only estimate that it would ship in a week (that's a month since ordering).
