I called Sears when I discovered that my heating/air conditioning unit was leaking cold air, a lot of cold air into my attic. This unit was installed in April of 2008. The job number is 7817447. The installer's name is Gibson from Albuquerque. I have had nothing but problems with this unit since installation resulting in high electric/propane bills, damaged ceilings and pain and agravation.
