Computer was running slow so I thought I'd download cyberdefender. The first scam was when you pay for the service, which I did they have you call and then send you to a "level two" help desk at which time the assistant tries to load the service on your computer. Oh no your computer is so corrupted you really need to sign up for their technical service for a mere $389.00 for 2 years. After accusing them of trying to scam me I demanded a full refund and he offered me a $25 refund on my card and he would send me 2 $25 gift card... read full review »
