I have had an account with CitiFinancial for the past 5 years. I had (Somewhere in that time period) moved to a different location and had my account transferred. That was a terrible mistake. The people at the local branch were terribly mean and disrespectful. They on numerous occasions wouldn't know what to do or say when I'd have questions. I even had an occasion where they were going to make me leave my car keys in their possession, while still in the 10 day grace period.
