For over three months we have tried to get Thouin to service a spa that they sold. After many calls and visits to them and they promising that they would fix the problem, all we get is no shows and no phone calls - the owner Hank Thouin is only interested in selling new units and totally fails on servicing them once the sale has been made - Avoid this dealer, go elsewhere. read full review »
