In January, after attempting to secure the attention of a sales person for over almost two hours in store I phoned. I arranged to meet at a set time and date with the salesman with whom I spoke in order to arrange for purchase of my sofa. Upon arrival I was again not able to get any customer service and had to chase down someone to get the man with whom I was supposed to meet.
