Purchased a $100 pair of football cleats for my son and accepted an offer of a $10 guaranteed for a replacement pair. Approximately 1.5 months after cleats were purchased, they were stolen. We returned to the store with our paperwork to get the replacement pair of cleats and were told by the manager that they would not replace the cleats unless we had the original pair with us.
