I opened a PayMate account, hoping to switch to them from PayPal, to receive $22 for the sale of an item at ebay and its postage. Item sold June 6, 2010. Received the PayMate notice that buyer paid. Within seconds, another one - payment cannot be accepted for security reasons - $22 FROM CREDIT CARD WITH NO LIMITS. In 4 days, after much back and forth wrote to the buyer, but not to me that payment had gone trough. Kept talking about security FOR A $22 cc payment.
