I order acai berry for a trail period, i never received the product. I tried calling to inform the company of the situation but of course there was phone technical problems. I checked my bank statement online and found out that the company had taking my money ($87.47) I proceeded to contact the company to get my money back. I was told that the trail period was over, i told them I neveer received the product, how can you try something you never get.
