Jan 1st 2009, my Kstyler would no longer turn on. I called customer service and a supervisor answered the phone (WOW!) She was very nice and told me to send the flat iron back with a check for $19.99 for warranty replacement. She said that I would receive my new one in 7-10 days. I sent the package back 'certified' through the post office. The company received it on Jan 12th, 2009. I called customer service around the 26th to find out where my replacement was.
