We recently requested a warranty kit from Kingsdown. We followed the instructions and took the pictures of the mattress and box springs. I received a letter today that Kingsdown denied our claim. We bought the bed because of the 20 year warrant. First I will tell you that we will never ever recommend or buy another one of Kingsdown beds. Let me tell you why.
