I went to this Fifth Third on the Friday before Mother's Day of this year. I asked the person I talked to, to open a new checking account for me. I explained that I currently keep my school funds in my savings account, but I would rather have them in a checking account so that I do not have to transfer funds if I have to pay for something for school.
