When I turned down $250 deal for contacting businesses to sign up for credit card service, I was persuaded that an investment of $9000 would net me enough to pay it back plus by the company advertising and getting customers for which I would get a percentage. I am 69 and since a stroke last year I sometimes get confused. I thought I would never be taken this way - foolish me.
