Hillsborough County employers will not hire black men of dark complexion for front of the house positions. Because of the color of our skin, we are being racially profiled as theives and drug users. Most of these employers emphasize during interviews (if you get that far after all the testing) that thorough background checks are done and you will be drug tested. Not that this alone is a problem, offering them positions and then doing such seems as if a waste of time to most human resources of these employers.
