I live on a campus and my parents bought me a 60 minute card as a present one day. I typed in the code and was disappointed to get a message sent to my phone saying that the code failed and that I had to call customer service. I did so and spent a good while getting transferred from one person to the next, and when I was finally given an answer, I was told that the code wasn't in their systems because the card was actually two years old.
