I bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer set. I have been having an F1 error code pop up. I contacted Whirlpool about the problem and they scheduled for A&E Factory Service to come and fix it at no cost to me. I spoke with the service tech that was going to be coming via phone. He started talking about the price. I told him that Whirlpool said that there would be no charge because this is a known problem with the Cabrio.
